Cashless treatment means the hospital seeks pre-authorisation from the insurer or TPA for eligible expenses. Approval, limits, co-payment and IOL coverage remain governed by the patient’s policy.

Pre-authorisation
The insurance desk submits the required estimate and records to the insurer or TPA.

The patient is informed about sanctioned amounts, exclusions or co-payment before surgery where possible; final settlement follows policy rules.
